The Work Cart.
The Work Cart, is a Minecart added by the RailCraft mod, this contains a Crafting Table. This allows for a portable 3x3 crafting grid. This can be compared to pressing 'C' while holding a Philosopher's Stone, which also brings up a 3x3 crafting grid. This cart gives you the ability to craft on the go.
