The Re-Enriched Uranium Cell is the result of enriching a Depleted Isotope Cell in a breeder type Nuclear Reactor. After enrichment, it can be combined with Coal Dust to create a brand new Uranium Cell. This allows for more efficient reactor usage because you can effectively use 1/8th of the uranium crafting and charging near depleted uranium cells.
