A MFFS Deflector is a block that generates a wall or bridge of force parallel to the projector's front facing. It has 3 settings: X, Z, and Distance.
Like all forcefield projectors, the MFFS Deflector requires a linked Forcefield Core and EU to power it. When the Deflector is placed, it faces the player. When powered and linked, it can project a square of forcefield controlled by the configurable X, Z, and Distance values.
Usage[]
The UI includes X, Z, and Distance values. X, being width, and Z, being hight, can be set up to 32. The Distance value extends the forcefield square x blocks away from the deflector which the max is 10 blocks. If Z is set to 0, it will project to the block touching its face.
Deflectors are especially useful if you wish to project a forcefield larger than what the MFFS Area Projector can handle.
